EP1 training programme for medical dispatchers was held in Vodice

The exercise of the EP1 training programme for dispatchers, held in Vodice from 1 to 4 October 2021 as part of the project Continuing professional training of emergency medicine workers, completed 24 participants.
EP1 training programme ensures a uniform methodology for receiving emergency medical calls in all Croatian counties, and the one held Vodice gathered employees of medical dispatch units from the institutes of emergency medicine of Dubrovnik-Neretva, Krapina-Zagorje, Split-Dalmatia, Šibenik-Knin, and Zadar counties and the City of Zagreb. Miha Sušić and a team of national instructors conducted the exercise.
The project Continuing professional training of emergency medicine workers is co-financed by resources from the European Social Fund and implemented by the Croatian Institute of Emergency Medicine to maintain and improve the knowledge and skills of emergency medicine workers, while at the same time advancing healthcare in the Republic of Croatia and improving access to high-quality health services.
