A total of 24 dispatchers from the institutes of emergency medicine from the Dubrovnik-Neretva, Krapina- Zagorje, Split-Dalmatia, Sibenik-Knin and Zadar County and the City of Zagreb have completed training that provides a uniform methodology reception of emergency medical calls.
