A total of 24 professionals from the institutes of emergency medicine from the Koprivnica-Kri\u017eevci, Me\u0111imurje, Vara\u017edin and Zagreb counties and the City of Zagreb completed their education and acquired valuable knowledge and specific skills which will improve the reception of emergency medical calls.
