Telecardiology includes the services of ECG Holter, 12-channel ECG and blood pressure Holter diagnostics. These diagnostics allow continuing monitoring of heart activity and blood pressure during a patient\u2019s normal daily activities for at least 24 hours in outpatient conditions. A physician applies one of the mentioned devices to a patient at a telemedicine access centre, and the digital record is sent to a specialist at a remote telemedicine specialist centre based on which the diagnosis is made and therapy is prescribed. These services significantly reduce hospital waiting lists, improve health outcomes, decrease patient travel, and save time and costs through faster data transmission.<\/p>\n
