Dispatchers passed the EP1 training programme exercise

EP1 training programme exercise for dispatchers of medical dispatch units was held in Valpovo from 14 to 17 November 2019 as part of the project Continuing professional training of emergency medicine workers. A total of 24 professionals from the institutes of emergency medicine from the Bjelovar-Bilogora, Brod-Posavina, Sisak-Moslavina, Osijek-Baranja, Pozega-Slavonia, Virovitica-Podravina and Vukovar-Srijem counties completed their education and acquired valuable knowledge and skills which will improve the reception of emergency medical calls. The training was conducted by national instructors led by leader Miroslava Kralj.

The project Continuing professional training of emergency medicine workers is co-financed by resources from the European Social Fund and implemented by the Croatian Institute of Emergency Medicine with the aim of maintaining and improving the knowledge and skills of emergency medicine workers, while at the same time advancing healthcare in the Republic of Croatia and improving access to high-quality health services.
