Dispatchers on EP1 training programme

From 5 to 8 December 2019, Vodice hosted the exercise of the EP1 training programme for dispatchers of medical dispatch units held within the project "Continuing professional training of emergency medicine workers". A total of 24 dispatchers from the institutes of emergency medicine from the Dubrovnik-Neretva, Krapina- Zagorje, Split-Dalmatia, Sibenik-Knin and Zadar County and the City of Zagreb have completed training that provides a uniform methodology reception of emergency medical calls. With a team of national instructors, Radmila Majhen Ujevic led the exercise.

The project "Continuing professional training of emergency medicine workers" is co-financed by resources from the European Social Fund and implemented by the Croatian Institute of Emergency Medicine with the aim of maintaining and improving the knowledge and skills of emergency medicine workers, while at the same time advancing healthcare in the Republic of Croatia and improving access to high-quality health services.
